Your role

The Senior Project Manager role has end-to-end responsibility for delivering a broad range of technology solutions for General Counsel stakeholders globally.  This includes end-to-end project management, business analysis, defining the business case, build-vs-buy decision making, strategic planning, managing supplier relationships (product vendors and consulting partners), running working group and steering committee forums, project reporting, budget management and leading global delivery teams. The role will require owning the relationships and working closely with General Counsel business stakeholders globally.

The role will also involve quickly understanding a wide range of disparate business processes across these functions, to identify areas for improvement and to scope new initiatives.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the full project life cycle: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for several initiatives simultaneously

  • Day-to-day management of technical project resources including developers 

  • Work creatively in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.

  • Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, stakeholder management, risks and issues.


Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management methodologies, with focus on Agile/SCRUM and DevOps.

  • Ability to think from a customer viewpoint and provide a high level of service to internal clients

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to address different audiences with the right level of complexity and refinement.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
