Your role:
This role will be working with individuals and teams across Technology and Digital and beyond as Senior Project Manager you will be leading the TRMO project management team and deliverables. You will be responsible for, delivering a varied and exciting portfolio whilst helping guide and shape the change delivery capability.
About you
An experienced project manager, skilled in team management, with excellent influencing and leadership capabilities, you will have proven experience in delivering transformational change initiatives and implementing operating models, new processes and technical change
be looking to make a real difference and have strong project and people management skills
possess excellent communication skills including the ability to establish a strong rapport, communicate and influence at all levels
have strong analytical and logic skills, with the ability to think through the impact of change, understand and assimilate detailed complex issues and convey them in a manner that drives effective discussion and decision making.
have excellent facilitation skills, including the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, identify common ground and achieve resolution of any challenges identified
be delivery and results focused and skilled at managing stakeholder relationships

Key accountabilities
Leading the team of TRMO Project Managers on a variety of change initiatives, including key Transformational change initiatives across the TRMO Change portfolio and the wider organisation,
Ensuring alignment of changes to the strategic roadmap so that you can effectively deliver the TRMO portfolio,
Working with the lead BA to understand and co-ordinate assignment of business analysts to change initiatives
Facilitating design workshops and stakeholder forums, as well as regular project team meetings
Documenting and presenting design options, issues and production of other key materials required to facilitate discussions and arrive at appropriate solutions
Possessing proven effective and strong stakeholder management including the production of stakeholder communications and Steering Committee packs
Taking responsibility for overseeing project financials and the production of quality project roadmaps, plans, test documentation and status reporting including risks, issues and dependencies
Managing a team in a direct and matrix style as required
