Your role:
As Senior Business Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for liaising with the Private Credit business stakeholders to define business problems, opportunities, and solutions. The role requires a skill set that encompasses the full spectrum of business analyst activities through the project life cycle, but with a particular attention on data analysis, data workflow and reporting in the Private Credit context. The role is client facing and will require excellent relationship management and communication skills to ensure a superior service to our clients is maintained
Capture key project requirements and create Business Requirements Documents, covering key Business questions/objectives, Data Integration requirements, Data modelling requirements, Reporting requirements and Non-functional requirements
Analyse and document Business workflow processes.
Coordinate with main technology partners to implement new features and solutions against tight development timelines, in an agile development mode.
Facilitate discussions and workshops to help define solutions and take initiatives forward.
Work closely with the Fidelity architecture team to design technology solutions.
Drive & review test scripts for both system integration and user acceptance.
Actively champion and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis best practices, using innovative ideas to increase effectiveness of the overall team.
Support the programme manager in the overall successful delivery of the programme.
Key Skills
6+ years’ experience working in relevant Business Analyst roles within the Asset Management sector
Proven experience in solving complex issues and a high ability to remove barriers
Business analysis experience within the Private Markets function of an Asset Management or Investment Banking environment is a distinct advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with vendor and offshore teams
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address different audiences with the right level of complexity and refinement
