Your role:
This role will be working with individuals and teams across Technology and Digital and beyond as Project Manager you will be responsible for managing projects, supporting the delivering a varied and exciting portfolio.
About you
An experienced project manager possessing good team and stakeholder management capabilities, you will have proven experience in delivering and supporting transformational change initiatives including new ways of working and technical change
be looking to make a real difference and have strong project and people management skills
possess excellent communication skills including the ability to establish a strong rapport, communicate and influence at all levels
have strong analytical and logic skills, with the ability to think through the impact of change, understand and assimilate detailed complex issues and convey them in a manner that drives effective discussion and decision making.
have excellent facilitation skills, including the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, identify common ground and achieve resolution of any challenges identified
be delivery and results focused and skilled at managing stakeholder relationships

Key accountabilities
Taking ownership for the delivery of assigned projects - confirming scope and timelines, producing project plans and agreeing key milestones and dependencies
Facilitating project decision-making, by establishing and building relationships with colleagues across the portfolio to deliver the necessary outcomes
Documenting and presenting design options and other key materials required to facilitate discussions to arrive at appropriate solutions in the agreed timelines
Possessing effective and strong stakeholder management including the production of stakeholder communications, Steering packs and quality status reporting including risks, issues and dependencies
Provide expertise and guidance based on knowledge from previous roles / projects
Preparing test approaches, coordinate documentation of test scenarios and manage end to end testing of the solution
Managing a team in a matrix style as required
