Your role
As a senior project manager in the team, you would be leading on one of our exciting programmes of work. This involves every aspect of the project lifecycle from writing a business case, defining requirements, creating a plan, working with vendors to identify solutions through to full testing and implementation. It is very rewarding to see the solutions we work on helping the CPO team and employees across the firm. The role would primarily be delivering on Workday solutions or projects that integrate with Workday
Your skills
You will have extensive experience delivering IT projects with Workday and have a sound knowledge of the Workday deployment approach. You will be comfortable working closely with HR professionals to evolve a high level idea through to a defined business case and requirements. You will balance outcomes with delivery timescales and budgets alongside creating a great user experience. You will enjoy working within a global organisation, engaging technology and CPO colleagues across the world to understand their challenges and bring them on the journey.
