Your role

The Business change team supports a range of programmes at a strategic level for Workplace and Personal Financial Health Business. To provide programme / project management to deliver its strategic change programmes co-ordinating resources across all teams required to support change, driving projects and programmes, resolving issues, managing risks and ensuring that changes are successfully implemented into the business. Project management will be required for both driving continuous improvement changes and larger projects delivery.

About you

• Determining the relevant organisational areas that need to be involved & defining the programme structure / sub projects required.
• Ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and bought into the programme.
• Defining and embedding project & programme management processes and standards within the programme, and making sure projects comply with company-wide standards
• Providing services such as planning, scheduling, quality management, resourcing, risk assessment & project/ programme reporting. 
• Supporting portfolio prioritisation of change by ensuring timely presentation to senior stakeholders to agree the order of project delivery 

Your skills

• Experience in implementation large scale initiatives crossing technology and operations simplification programmes
• Experience in delivering digital transformation
• Substantial experience influencing and delivering to senior stakeholders - brokering relationships with stakeholders within and outside of the programme 
• Experience setting and communicating an ambitious vision for the programme and driving a high performance team
• Experience in different delivery methodologies with agile/scrum portfolio leadership desirable
• Delivery and results focused and the ability to manage complex senior client relationships
• Excellent communication skills including an ability to establish a strong rapport, communicate and influence at all levels 
• Proven ability to present clear arguments to senior people in both in technology and business, in such a way that initiatives are supported and obstacles to delivery surmounted
• An ability to work at differing levels of detail, both big picture concepts and complex detailed issues.
• An ability to absorb information quickly & from multiple sources, assess and use effectively to meet role & programme objectives
• Skilled planner, able to focus on the key goals and manage path deviations creatively and with minimum confusion
