Your role
- Full lifecycle ownership of assigned Programme, including: Analysis & problem solving, defining/documenting solutions, identifying impacted stakeholders, mainaining RAID logs, producing and maintaining credible project plans;
- Applying a clear and consistent approach to solve complex problems and formulate solutions that can be communicated to a range of stakeholders up to C-Suite level;
- Drafting deliverables as set out by the project’s Business Owner (Accountable Executive), taking input from SMEs and broader business representatives;
- Liaising with Technology delivery team to ensure Technology activities and considerations are supported.
- Leading and running project working groups and governance meetings;
- Engaging with and actively managing relationships with senior stakeholders to drive optimal solutions
Your skills
- Previous Programmer Manager experience for the full lifecycle delivery and implementation of a strategic Payroll solution;
- End to end knowledge of the core Payroll processes;
- Programme Management experience working with an external partner for delivery and integration of solution;
- 5yrs+ hands-on experience within large, complex financial institutions;
- Robust planning skills across projects with multiple dependencies;
- Strong influencing and problem resolution skills are key for this role;
- Experience running/facilitating business stakeholder workshops across multiple stakeholder levels;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaborate as part of a team across a variety of geographies and skill sets;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and other project management tools and software.
