Your role
The Customer Communications Print Hub team is responsible for the production of personalised documents supporting Fidelity’s business communication with our clients in the UK and across the world. We produce client and member letter packs and supporting documents ensuring our clients receive the information they require in an efficient and timely manner.
The role purpose is to ensure the completion of the Customer Communications Print Hub daily tasks and duties, including the following
Key Responsibilities
Organise / plan day to day workload.
Completion of all tasks within the timescales agreed with our client, and other internal departments.
Complete all tasks ensuring that the appropriate operational procedures are followed.
To process work with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
Experience and Qualifications
Monitor mailboxes and redistribute / print to relevant operations departments.
Print all letters in print queue from operations teams and ensure all relevant literature is enclosed accordingly.
Ensure all controls are followed (4 eyes check etc)
End of day reconciliation and MI capture
Escalation & Resolution of issues/software or hardware outages
Order stationery for Document Management team as and when requested
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Competency in all standard Windows office applications
