Contract length: 12 Months
Hours-10am - 3pm, overtime available
Job Role Overview
We currently have a Reception team of 2 who look after our external and internal clients. The team have been at Fidelity for many years and know the business and understand how vital the Reception role is. They welcome our clients, manage our meeting spaces, assist with desk booking, ensue hospitality is set up for meetings and are the main contact for various queries.
The role is responsible for:
To welcome visitors to the site and ensure their journey is seamless and memorable through engagement and innovation. Ensuring the reception is manned at all times and covering when required such as lunch, holidays, training and sickness. Managing our meeting room bookings via our room booking system.
Clearing meeting rooms, ensuring they are ready for every meeting and reposting and discrepancies. Covering switchboard as required. Hours of work will be 5 hours per day covering between the hours of 08:00-18:00 with flexibility to cover sickness and holidays.
About You
Excellent communication skills.
Previous Front Line / Reception experience.
The ability to work calmly under pressure with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Effective administration skills, demonstrates an ability to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of meeting room booking systems.
