Your role
The successful candidate will be responsible for authoring process documentation, creating and analysing reports, capturing requirements, updating agile workflows, and assisting in processing onboarding information. The ideal candidate will have relevant DLP experience, and experience in documenting business and security processes
The Business Analyst will need to be a ‘self-starter’ requiring significant communication and collaboration with Global Teams
- Engagement model and requirements management
- Creation of knowledge repository that is intuitive and maintainable without unnecessary overhead
- Analysis to support discovery and scoping for core programme and project deliverables
- Capturing user stories and requirements
- Capturing meeting outputs and minutes
- Design and creation of playbooks and templates to support self service and operational processes
- Design model for managing traceability, delivery and reporting in implementing controls against agreed frameworks (CIS).
- Requirements and business case analysis as an input to project initiation
- Issue investigation, analysis and management
- Requirement gathering, definition and management (could be in the form of JIRA epic’s and stories)
Your skills
- Experience authoring complex documents and capturing business and security processes
- Experience delivering reports and report summaries
- Relevant DLP product experience, specifically with ProofPoint and Microsoft Information Protection
- IT or Business related Degree (other degrees considered with additional experience in lieu)
- Clear communication skills (both in verbal and written English)
- Can work off own initiative and communicate at all levels
- Good understanding and experience with control frameworks such as ‘CIS’, ‘ISO 27001’, ‘NIST’
- Strong technical IT knowledge
- Process or service management experience (e.g. ITIL)
- 10+ years proven experience in delivery CyberSecurity projects
