Your role
Investment Services and Solutions (ISS) is one of the main business pillars and investment areas within Fidelity. It is going through a phase of the rapid and substantial transformation of its business model as well as the Technology estate.
A key component of the transformation is our front office tooling. We are partnering with a fintech company to co-develop their Investment Management System for our next generation cross asset portfolio construction and order generation toolkit. As a Business Analyst within the ISS Technology team, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of this tool together with Investment team, Architects, Engineers, and the vendor.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
Strong experience on portfolio construction and management technology product development of all key asset classes
Proven track record of delivering portfolio management systems leveraging both internal build and vendor solution
Experienced in implementing model-based investing solutions
Exposure in risk analytics, performance, attribution calculation and their usage/impact in the investment management lifecycle
Ability and aids in investor constraints, risk budgets, allocation policies, strategies overlays, trading cost optimisation
Ability to explain complex technical and functional requirement in a clear and concise way
Familiar with Agile development methodology, experienced with sportify model is a plus
Sound knowledge working with offshore multi-cultural development team
About you
You will be leading a number of analysis tasks within the portfolio management lifecycle with the vision to complete the end-to-end delivery for our ISS’s mutli year Programme. You will be responsible on requirements gathering, understanding, and documenting current state business processes, and partnering with business to define future state requirement, collaborating with vendor and/or internal development team to drive the delivery. You will be expected to lead both functional and technical discussion across various level of stakeholders and support the Programme in delivering the transformation.
