Your role:
Working with individuals and teams across Technology and Digital and beyond, as a lead business analyst you will be responsible for guiding and shaping the delivery of an exciting and varied TRMO Portfolio by:
Leading the business analysis activities on a range of change initiatives across the TRMO Change Portfolio including key Transformation initiatives for the organisation
Becoming a key contributor to deliver TRMO Change Portfolio, through being curious and eager to develop a deep understanding of TRMO processes and applications and how they support the wider enterprise
Building out and embedding knowledge and skills in your BA team that are needed to successfully deliver change.
Facilitating focused and effective workshops on processes, data and tooling requirements/solutions with working groups across regions
Key Skills
Leading a team of business analysts to successfully deliver complex projects
Able to demonstrate a strong track record of working on transformational change initiatives
Experienced in working on Agile projects delivering quick sprints with cross functional team members
Skilled at facilitating requirement workshops and demos with stakeholders across functions and regions
Experienced in working with PPM tools and processes, including Resource and Financial Forecasting
Experienced in engaging with stakeholders at all levels and across regions to develop and gain agreement to adopt new functionality, processes or ways of working
Able to communicate changes in an effective and compelling way across wide stakeholder communities.
Highly skilled in undertaking process and data analysis and producing user friendly documentation that is easy to understand
