People Insight Manager - HR Analytics

Your role
Working as part of the SPI team your initial focus will be to design and integrate a skills framework across the organisation, to help identify skills gaps and create a plan to fill them. This is a key new role, requiring creativity, experience of tools and technologies used to drive and disrupt in the people data domain, and the ability to construct a meaningful narrative that is easily understood, and drives effective decision making.
Working closely with the Future Skills Talent Director on a GOC-sponsored programme, you will assist in creating a common skills taxonomy. Key outcomes will include tracking and measuring skills across the Enterprise, identifying FIL’s core skill requirements and sourcing external market insights.
Can demonstrate prior experience of combining data sources and turning data into trends and insights to influence and communicate people priorities
Can evidence use of tools/ technologies to advance people insights (e.g. Alteryx, R, Tableau, Python, Power BI)
Experience of producing presentations for a broad range of senior stakeholders, ideally within an HR environment
Strong visual design and story-telling skills
Experience in data wrangling activities such as benchmarking, data quality checks and data labelling
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to adapt to multiple and evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience of working collaboratively with colleagues across regions and functions.
