Your role

The right candidate must be able to manage stakeholders, understand their requirements and keep himself updated with the product (Oracle Cloud Financials, O2C and TRCS) features. The focus is on knowledge of tax module/TRCS and ability to configure tax as per business requirement for various geographies. FIL currently operates in multiple geographies UK, IE, CE,India, APAC (AU, JP, CN, TW etc.)

About you

• Knowledge of Product functionalities (Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP for Tax and O2C modules.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and releases on Oracle Cloud ERP
• Convert business and technology inputs into insightful business recommendations and a compelling product vision
• Break down the business inputs into granular stories that deliver incremental value and help stitch together the return on investment as those stories get delivered. 
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis.
• Keep the backlog recent demand of change requests and be able to say ‘No’ in case a functionality/business process is not a “Fit” in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Configure and test new tax rules changes by business.
• Setup custom tax rules driven from intercompany transactions. 
• Own the tax module and support rest of the R2R, O2C and P2P team members

Your skills

• Hands on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Tax (must have) and Oracle TRCS (nice to have).
• Knowledge and Hands-On experience of Tax Module/TRCS and tax calculation processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and various subledgers such as Intercompany AP/AR, P2P (PO, AP etc) and AR. It is important to have Fusion configurations (Hands On) skills for tax module.
• Interacting with Business Team, other Functional Consultants/ Business Analysts and documenting BR100/ MC 050 (Oracle Configuration Documents)
• Understanding of Configurations in Oracle Cloud ERP (R13) for below processes.
• Excellent knowledge on Global Intercompany processes and it’s accounting.
• Understanding of solution in terms of Multiple Ledgers for different LEs.
• Excellent Knowledge on Allocations and Adjustments
• Understanding UK, EU Tax rules at high level is desired.
• Knowledge of Tax Engine in Oracle Cloud (Configurations for Regime to rate)
